- 600 gr of desalted cod
- 2 green peppers
- 200 gr of fried tomato crushed
- 350 gr of potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

We clean peppers by removing stems and ribs from inside the peppers, and wash them. Peel the onions, We cut these two vegetables in julienne. We clean the cod, wash it, dry it and chop it.
Heat the oil in a casserole, add the onion and peppers and sauté 10 minutes. Sprinkle the paprika, season and stir. We add the tomato and continue the cooking 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces, tearing them. We add them to the casserole, cover them just right with water and cover.
